Carina Verdejo Lama is the Commercial Manager of INDEPP Ltda, a family-run business that produces lead products, welding paste, tin welding and other industrial products. With more than 15 years of experience in international business specializing in mining and metals, Carina joined the INDEPP management team in 2004. She is highly accomplished in operations management, and oversees all operations for the company, as well as staff, client relations, and both local and international business negotiations.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Universidad de Artes, Ciencias y Comunicación, Carina went on to complete a master’s degree in Marketing, Distribution and Consumption from the University of Barcelona. Prior to joining INDEPP, she was a Commercial Assistant for Tax Back España.

Carina resides in Santiago, Chile and speaks fluent English and Spanish. She credits her success to hard work, dedication, passion for her industry, and commitment to improving the company. Known for her superior relations skills with not just clients, but also drivers and workers, Carina is also active in charitable endeavors through INDEPP supporting orphan children and infants. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, spending time with her family, and the great outdoors.
