Stanley D. Hendrickson graduated with his master's in biology from Bemidji State University, class of 1963. Stanley was born and raised on a farm. Stanley first toured with the marines in Korea where he served with a helicopter unit and was the crew chief. He attended Bemidji State University after leaving the Marine Corps and then assumed a dual role with the Army Reserve and teaching High School Biology. In the Army Reserve, he served frequent tours of duty. The highlight of his teaching was the introduction of lab-based biology classes in the 1960's. He also served as an interim science consultant with the state of Minnesota. Stanley eventually decided to leave his job as an educator to join the Army full-time. Stanley was a combat engineer officer at the company level, battalion staff, brigade staff and brigade commander and central command. He was also with the readiness command. Stanley credits the Bemidji State University for his success as they provided him with the essential foundation for him to grow his career.

Sandra Becerra has been in the Information, Research, and Records Management field for nearly years. She is an expert on Information Technology. She is currently the Transition Team Lead for Document Management at Ecopetral in Bogota, Colombia. She has been with the organization since 2008 starting out as The Coordinator of Document Management. She is an expert at the transformation of document processing and works at migration, analysis and transition to advanced technological innovation. She has had a vast history in network information systems for major corporations including Unilever which she worked as a Record Management Consultant for over 6 years. Her main strengths lie in Information Governance and Networking with Digital Systems. She is currently working on a Transition Process at Ecopetral working with integration of new processes in Third Party Billing, Contracts, Financials. Sandra is very well educated a Masters Degree in Documentation from The Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and a Bachelors Degree in Library Sciences from The Universidad de Pontificia. She has extensive post graduate Certifications from the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management in such areas as Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and has certifications in Paperless Information Quality and Record Management. Sandra has also worked in Research, Analytics, and Records Management and is a Member of The Colombia Association of Librarians and The American Records Management Association.

Mary Lou Cameron is a prestigious, multi-faceted educator with an illustrious career in education within her community and the tangents of the Texas and New Mexico. Her current role on the retirement board is to attend two meetings every month which include discussions on the ideologies of investment, finances, and professional branding of educators (in regards to the school districts in her community). As an associate superintendent at Deming Public Schools, she works closely with transportation, safety, nutrition, special education service, and parent support. Previously, Mary Lou was responsible for leading the effort to align the district’s learning systems at all levels - connecting those efforts with city, county, state and federal resources. She involved her educational services by participating in community activities, networking with the New Mexico public education department, attending legislative meetings, and continuing relationships with federal policy makers ensuring that DPS is at the forefront of decisions made impacting its work. When Mary Lou was a school principal she taught teachers in every class subject with professional development. She believes her greatest achievements and key to success come from the support of her past mentors. Mary Lou has transitioned the knowledge and skill obtained from her years in education to her students as well as her children. Mary Lou holds that all children should be given the opportunity to succeed personally and professionally. She is a constant advocate of continuing this trend of education worldwide and hopes that her constant willingness to learn and connect with other educators will put this movement into fruition.

Kåre Grebstad has over 15 years of experience in education and is a teacher of social sciences. Kåre has received his bachelor's of general skill from Norway College. He then continued on to receive his master's of social science from Roskilde University where he graduated in 1999. Kåre is at this time working on his Ph.D. in social science and will be graduating in 2017. Currently Kåre lectures at Forsvaret which is a Military College for the Air Force and Army. Kåre skills include operational planning, project management, analysis, and political science. Kåre teaches master courses in leadership, management, and organizational skills on economics. He spends a large part of his day writing articles for journals in Norway. He also participates in conferences and presents papers in lead sequences. In the next 3-5 years, Kåre is looking to expand his horizons to changing and developing new topics in Economics such as strategy planning in the armed forces. In 2016 Kåre received the Best Teacher of the Year award. The key to Kåre's success is his commitment, hard work, passion and his satisfaction of teaching. His job enables him to change lives. Coaching and mentoring others are his greatest reward.

If all the world is a stage then Jill Hyslop is in the midst of her second act. After being the marketing director for Vodafone for over four years when she reached the age of 40 she asked herself what she wanted to do. An avowed animal lover and a dog owner, Jill could not find a doggie care that was attuned to animal behavior. Jill wanted a professional dog care group that could read canine body language and address the dog's needs. A woman of action Jill sprung to work and went back to school to receive qualifications and advanced diplomas in animal behavior as well as canine first response. Jill took her time assembling the best team she could think of. Her team was to consist of animal behaviorists, canine first responders, veterinary technicians, and groomers. The team that Jill built created The Dog Lady. Situated in the Dungarvan in the Republic of Ireland The Dog Lady has become the number one choice of those who want the best for their doggie member of the family. The Dog Lady offered many services to their canine friends, including dog training with a specialty in rehabilitating nervous and/or aggressive dogs. Her company also has renowned canine care and grooming services. Jill's love of dogs is reflected in her commitment to continue her education. She recognizes that animal behavior is a fast changing science in which discoveries are often made. In addition to her advanced diploma in animal behavior and welfare, Jill has another advanced diploma in canine emotion and cognition. She became a qualified dog groomer in Manchester and an achieved behavior consultant through the British College of Canine Studies. The key component that has made Jill successful is her passion. She is driven to create the best atmosphere for her dog clients as well as have a business that is an extension of the pet owner's family. Her customers know that her team cares for the dogs as if they were their own. As a canine raw foods advocate, Jill is in the process of expanding her business with nutritional offerings that meet her high standards and she is available for workshops.

Jerry W. Flaming graduated with an associate's degree in general studies from Tabor College, class of 1963. He has over 30 years of experience in his field. Jerry decided to open his own business, Custom Playgrounds Inc., initially a non-profit organization. Custom Playgrounds Inc. is now a global company that specializes in building playgrounds for schools, military bases, and park districts. Previously, Jerry worked in the construction industry. It was from there that Jerry found his passion which prompted him to start Custom Playgrounds Inc. In Jerry's career over 300 playgrounds have been built throughout the United States as well as internationally. Jerry is an active member of Rotary and National Institute of Playgrounds. Jerry plans to eventually retire from his company and leave it in the able hands of his hardest working employees. The key to his success has been his work ethic and genuine enjoyment for what he does. Jerry is looking forward to networking and communicating with other likeminded professionals.

Hege Bakke-Alisøy has had a prestigious career, researching in Norway, as well as Greece. She has always been fascinated by the international aspects of her work. Hege has a strong understanding of the importance of communication, respect, and networking in order to expand in the research field. Hege would like the opportunity to work abroad; however, due to family responsibilities, that has not yet become the reality. Although she has had some setbacks in her expanding, Hege will continue to advance research in her field and share her experience on a global level. Hege is determined to travel internationally and despite working in Greece, the expansion aspect a research developer has always intrigued Hege. Hege had her work published in 2015 by the Norwegian Institute and the research has been recognized. Although the great work is not based on any level of recognition, Hege continues to pursue her aspirations. Hege will continue to share and be fascinated by all aspects of the research community.

Tone Fokstuen is driven by her curiosity of the body and its functioning. Tone knew at an early age that she wanted to be a doctor. After graduating in 1990 from University of Amsterdam she enrolled at the Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm for her rotation. During her rotation at the hospital, Tone realized she had special ability to help people, specifically cancer patients. Tone's method was to treat each patient as an individual. She became fascinated by the variety of possible treatment options. Her interests were growing and she saw the field of gastrointestinal cancer patients was where she could make her greatest impact. Tone was affected by the severe distress of some of her patients. Life seemed unhesitating and out of control for the patients with cancer. The gastrointestinal tract is the accessory organs of digestion and are responsible for more cancers and more deaths caused by cancer than any other system in the body. Some of her most gratifying experiences in working in the field is the ability to contribute to the scientific knowledge via clinical studies and multi-disciplinary collaborations that are crucial in her work. Conferring with other doctors on the most promising medical treatments, documenting results and being part of research teams to move the medical discipline forward. Tone is not only a frequent presenter at medical conferences but she is also a much-published researcher who collaborates with others and has had the effect of not only improving medical treatment in Sweden but in other countries as well. Her fluency in English, Swedish, Dutch and Norwegian have been extremely helpful in Tone's work. Tone's research on radiation therapy in the management of brain metastases due to breast cancer was recognized by the country of Uganda and has become incorporated in their Breast Cancer Guidelines of treatment since 2008. Tone's greatest accomplishment is simply put: being a good physician.

Julia is a dedicated Peer Support Specialist with 10 years of professional experience. She previously was a Nationally Certified American Sign Language Interpreter for 20 years. Her current area of focus is working with persons with mental health challenges to assist them in achieving equal rights, and following their own path to recovery. She is a warm and affectionate person that listens and provides feedback for her clients to help guide them towards wellness. She has helped write and publish a book that shares women's spiritual journeys with all proceeds going towards mentoring and nurturing young women to achieve writing skills Her goals are to help foster change and a growing awareness of the recovery model, health issues and promoting ideological trends within the Behavioral Health field. In her sparetime, she writes poetry, is an active member of her community and sings in her Unitarian Universalist Church Choir.

Gene Davis has began his professional career when he decided to give back to his country and serve in Vietnam. He has continued serving his country and will be running for state assembly in 2017 in Jackson, New jersey. Previously he was a councilman for ten years. He has also sat on numerous boards. Gene Davis graduated with a BA in Political Science from Kean University in 2010. He was a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, a national honor society for students of public administration. As a Vietnam Veteran, he likes to raise money to help other veterans. He got into politics because of his desire to help people. He also likes to make sure the tax payers money is being well spent. Despite all his success, Gene remains incredibly humble. He contributes his success to his attitude and openness to people. He considers his greatest professional accomplishment to be his work with Veterans. In his spare time Gene Davis enjoys reading and traveling. Additionally, he is involved in the Helping Hands, Helping Angels for autistic children.

Palma Mendez originally from Texas, he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and was an exchange student at the University of Texas at Austin from 1998-1999. Palma returned to Mexico and is currently a Country Manager Mexico with a company by the name of Wood Mackenzie where she has been for 2 years now. Palma's responsibilities include; strategizing for consulting firms, building good relationships with the government, assigning resources, overseeing selected projects, and following through with objectives in order for the company to reach their goals. Palma has been published just this year 2016 in a book by the name of Mexico Oil and Gas. In the next few years Palma plans to continue developing herself professionally, establish long lasting relationships with companies, and assisting her company with growth and expansion. At this stage in Palma's career networking is very important to her, being able to connect with other like minded Professionals, sharing different ideas and areas of expertise with one another. Palma bases her success on one thing, taking risks, she believes taking positive career type risks has attributed to her success.

Andrea Power began her career 16 years ago and currently holds the position of Coordinator Regional Cooperation and Integration expert. Andrea develops business relationships throughout the Caribbean in the countries of Belize, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Guyana and St. Lucia just to name a few. Her work involves 28 projects in 15 countries including regional developments of banks and trust funds. Andrea has been recognized for her work in labor mobility and is most proud of the work she does with the government of Barbados. She regularly pursues the Integration Movement and the Trade Facilitation Environment to promote Global Competency. In addition, Andrea manages to be the District Emergency Organizer on the island. In her spare time, she enjoys making cheese by hand and has the distinction of being the only one on the island that does.

Rafael Plastina received a masters degree in Sports Administration and Facility Management from Ohio University in 2001. He went on to start a successful research and marketing company by the name of Sport Track. He later sold the business in 2012 but remained the Director until 2016. The company's main operations takes place in Brazil but is starting to expand into Mexico. Mr. Plastina currently works as a Professor. His proficiency does not stop at the teaching level as he previously practiced law when he worked as an attorney in 1998. However it was Mr. Plastinas love for sports that drove his career change. Mr. Plastina began to study marketing in Barcelona, Spain and then continued his studies at one of the most prestigious sports marketing programs at Ohio State University. In the next 3-5 years, Mr. Plastina would like to further share his expertise and start consulting for his clients in addition to simultaneously working with start-up companies. The key to Mr. Plastina's success is his discipline and expertise. One of his greatest professional accomplishments and proudest moments was being able to share his knowledge with his students. He gives back by stimulating ideas and spreading invaluable knowledge with the Brazil community where the industry was not as developed at the time. Rafael Plastina has had a profound impact on the sports marketing industry in Brazil and will continue to do so for many years to come.

Paula has been in the logistics profession for almost 20 years. She has worked for Sea Star Line as an Operations Supervisor for nine years and later took on the role of Terminal Administrator/Assistant and has been in this role for the past four years. She is involved with vessel planning/loadings, logistics and freight forwarding. She has been named Employee of the Month two times while working for this company. Paula is presently studying Finance at Inter-America University and hopes to receive her Bachelors Degree by 2017. Paula attributes her success to learning something new every day. She enjoys reading Paulo Coelho books, family, and being outdoors in her spare time. She also volunteers at the schools her children attend. Laura is very proud of introducing paperless gates at Sea Star Line.

Kathleen has been an Executive in Computer training and consulting for over 30 years. She is an accomplished Executive within the High Tech Centers Capacity. The company is located in Santa Clara California and is specialized in assistive technology and computer applications including web design and editing. Kathleen is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a Masters Degree in Special Education and a Bachelors Degree in Child Development and Special Education from Santa Fe State. She has also completed a Para Professional Degree program as well as having her Teaching Credentials levels up to 12th grade. Kathleen has worked in High Tech Computer Centers with the Deaf Hard of Hearing as part of a Research Grant at The San Francisco State Foundation. She has also worked at The Boulder Higher Learning and San Jose State Special High Tech Center since 1990. She was also chosen to present at The Higher Education Conference in Austria. Kathleen is heavy involved in helping not only the hearing impaired but individuals with many of the learning disabilities. She is an expert at working with returning veterans and has a passion to help the learning challenged, having had a son that thrived due to training and compassion. She is a lifelong advocate of the Teaching profession.

Jerry has over 35+ years of experience in science and physical education. Jerry started his bachelors degree of health, recreation & physical education from the University of Carson–Newman University in 1967. Jerry then received his Master of Physical Education from The University of Memphis graduating in 1971. He then continued on to receive his Doctor of Education from the University of Georgia in 1975. Jerry's average day is 90% teaching, and 10% research. Jerry is a Professor Emeritus of physical education & exercise studies at Lander University. He is the recipient of the 1990 South Carolina Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance College/University Physical Educator of the Year Award. He was also the recipient of the 1998 Lander University Distinguished Professor Award, the 1999 South Carolina Governor's Professor of the Year Award as well as the 2005 SCAHPERD Scholar award. He is also a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Hawkins is a sought-after speaker/consultant and the author of numerous professional articles, book chapters, and other books. He is an expert witness of personal injury cases for individuals. He is also a volunteer and contributor to his Church, and local community.

Ileana holds a Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana Tech University in Industrial Engineering. She credits the University with helping her to build a solid foundation for her success through the years. Ileana has almost thirty years experience in the International Business sector. She has currently been with Grupo Beta for over twenty-five years. She began with them as Chief Engineer and has risen through the ranks in various roles as she was their Customer Service Director where she helped design and implement their customer retention process. Ileana is currently their Product Development Director where she has been responsible with helping them establish their plants both nationally as well as internationally. She has worked with them in their design and operation in over nine plants. Ileana has a specialization as a Product Development Specialist, as well as in Plant Engineering Operations Management and team development. She looks forward to networking with all types of individuals in various fields while being a member of WANA.

Luis Lamb is the Vice Provost for Research at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. which is funded by the federal government. The University has over 40 thousand students and is the top 5 University in Brazil. Lamb provides all the research planning for the university as well as the strategic planning and activities. The key to his success has been working hard, persistence, building relationships with others as well as learning from his superiors. Lamb is looking forward to advancing within the university and help providing more strategy plans and research.

Januarius Lambart St. Rose is a highly motivated individual who has excelled in his career by helping people throughout his life. He is a well recognized Priest and published author who is known for his work worldwide. Fr. J. Lambert St. Rose is a native of St. Lucia. He has spent most of his thirty-four years as a priest working among his people - something he derived great pleasure in doing. He holds a Master’s in Theology with emphasis on catechesis. His real forte - wayside, open-air evangelization – is a most powerful and useful tool which enabled him to build and sustain a vibrant parish community wherever he was assigned to. Passionate cultural protagonist, avid proponent of inculturation, he is a firm believer in the notion that the people and their culture must be the starting point for any effective catechetical process or evangelization program. This approach necessarily placed him in very close contact with his parishioners; he felt their heartbeat, he felt their pain – as much as he understood their patterns of thought, their sense of judgment and popular belief systems which were, most times, inconsistent with the Christian faith they professed. That, surely, was what opened the door to the flood of exorcisms which he was ill-prepared to deal with in the initial stages of his priesthood. J. Lambert St. Rose, famous for his profound sermons and homilies, delivered with sterling clarity, has undoubtedly captured the hearts and minds of his listening audiences over the years. In his new incarnation as poet and novelist, he is raising eyebrows and stimulating the consciousness of his reading audience to an all new level. In his anthology: “Helen and Her Sister Haiti”, a theological reflection on the social, historical, economic, religious, political and national consciousness with a call to conversion”, (2011) he challenged the peoples of St. Lucia and Haiti to take cognizance of their struggles, their victimhood and their formation as a people in a post independent era. He further dared them to translate their sojourn into a new religious experience in a manner that will prove they are active participants in the incarnation with Christ Jesus, and to experience themselves as dynamic contributors to their ongoing furtherance and development as a people of God. In a recent novel, In Turbulent Waters (2014) - a best seller at home, he unearthed the darkest side of his people’s culture and history and again appealed to their good sense to seek the path to conversion and peace. His newly published anthology: Our Father, Prayer and Praxis is again another daring exposé of the existing disparity between prayer, spirituality and social justice. A mind boggling discovery which begs the question: Why? Why do we not practise what we pray and why do we always do the opposite of that for which we pray? J. Lambert St. Rose completed his priestly studies at the Regional Seminary of St. John Vianney in Trinidad and later earned a Masters in Theological Studies (MThs) from St. Norbert’s College, De Pere Wisconsin. He has authored “Helen and Her Sister Haiti” and “In Turbulent Waters”, published by AuthorHouse, Bloomington, Indiana.

Dr. Pringle has worked for over 30 years in both the Government sector and the Academic sector. He has received his Phd in Microbiology and Immunology from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He post graduate work was done at Howard University where he received his Master of Science in Botany as well. He served with distinction in the Armed Forces for our country. Dr. Pringle was the Director of the Quality Assurance Unit where he established a FDA and EPA regulatory compliance program at a academic research institution. He managed the Quality Assurance Unit that monitored all the institution's regulatory compliance studies. He then went on to be the Director of Quality Assurance and Archieve Center Disease Control, National Institution Occupational Safety and Health. Dr. Pringle established and implemented a compliance format in basic investigative research, data collection, data analysis. At Elizabeth City State University, Dr. Pringle currently serves as an adjunct Professor.
