Siegfried W. Andersen is Founder and CEO of KFA Leadership Academy, and Next Generation Leadership. Based in Copenhagen, KFA offers multiple leadership programs and training that span four continents. Programs are open enrollment and tailor made to facilitate elite leadership practices. He serves as Chairman of the Next Generation Network Denmark and speaks Danish, English and German. Next Generation helps people to accelerate their careers, and provides the opportunity to meet people others with a desire to boost their careers and learn about new opportunities. This will prevents success seekers from recycling their knowledge time and again, and provides room to inspire, be inspired, and feel energized. Siegfried completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and holds a Diploma of Business Leadership/Executive Leadership Certificate from Aarhus University. With over three decades of professional experience, Siegfried has expertise in leadership development, leadership training, business development, management development, management consulting, executive coaching, change management, talent management, HR, personal development and business coaching.

A loving husband, father of four, and proud grandfather, Siegfried enjoys staying fit and well balanced. When he’s not working or networking, he is likely spending quality time with his family and friends. He believes in learning through exceeding performance, improvement and excellence—in his professional and personal lives alike. He resides in Castal Rigone, Italy.
