Reginale Thomas, Sr. is the founder and owner of Driven For Success (D4S) Sports, LLC, a fitness and athletic performance center that teaches and develops the specialized skills and drills necessary for athletes to reach their full athletic potential. Operating under a philosophy of treating the whole athlete, not just the body, D4S Sports promotes the physical, psychological and social development of athletes through a variety of educational and life skills seminars and lectures, and empowers its athletes with the knowledge required to maintain a high level of fitness.

With more than 20 years of experience in the United States Military, Reginale is an E8 ranked First Sergeant in the U.S. Army. As an Information technology Soldier he was awarded a Top Secret/SCI Department of Defense security clearance. In his transition into the private sector and entrepreneurship, under his vision the D4S Sports will mature into a full-scale sports academy and management, equipped to handle the educational and athletic needs of its clients from recreational to professional levels.

Reginale holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and General Management from Liberty University, and earned a Master of Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Today, he resides in the Wiesbaden area of Germany. Outside of running his company, he serves as the coach for Child, Youth and School Services, and as Coach and Vice President for the Level Up Raptors Basketball Club.
