Peter J. Servidio graduated with his Associates degree in the humanities from Albertus Magnus College, and went on to attain a bachelor’s degree in educational leadership as well as a master’s in educational leadership. He is currently studying for his Ed.D in leadership and management with a focus on blended learning. His is the founder of Innovations Educational Consulting, LLC and currently works at the elementary campus of Saint Dominic Academy in Maine.

Having been in the field of education for over 15 years, Peter is always looking for opportunity to learn and grow. He has taught elementary through 12th grade with a specialization in English and Language Arts; as well as being the Dean of Student Affairs of the academy for 8 years. He takes pride in ensuring every child he encounters has the opportunity to receive their best possible education. As the Founder of Innovations Educational Consulting, Peter’s main role is to consult with other schools in helping them ensure they are utilizing 21st-century skills.

Although Peter had not originally intended to get into the field of education, he was steered towards this calling by his Uncle, Mike Welch.  Peter believes Mike must have saw something in him and guided him toward teaching. Once Peter began working with the students, he realized his passion for education and has naturally progressed ever since.

Over the years, Peter has become an expert in blended and online learning, securing him a place on the advisory committee of The Foundation for Blended and Online Learning. In the next few years, he plans to finish his Ed.D, continue to grow and develop his passion for life-long learning, and most importantly continue to make a difference in the lives of all those he encounters. Peter’s career goal is to become a principal at some point so he can help develop others to share their passions as well. He bases his success up to this point of his career on hard work, networking, consistency, and passion. He looks back with pride on how far he has come, which helps him continue to encourage his students and colleagues.

In addition to The Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni, he has been a member of the American Red Cross of Androscoggin County, Maine. In his spare time, he enjoys watching hockey and football; as well as spending time with his wife and three daughters.  Peter currently lives in Lewiston, Maine.
