Dr. Pedro Guivisdalsky is the Technology Director of Bioacting SA, an external consultancy on matters of regulatory affairs, GLP data generation on technical and formulated product, and agribusiness. Founded by a team of chemists, agronomists, engineers and researchers, the firm provides innovative solutions to problems that could be generated in the regulatory process, and currently serves clients across the world in Latin America, India, China and Europe.

With more than 30 years of experience, Pedro is an esteemed expert in agricultural plant science, plant protection and animal science. He has enjoyed a lifelong interest in science, and is passionate about plant protection and animal health. In addition to his work with Bioacting, he has served as the Director of DVA Technology for more than 12 years

After earning a degree in Chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires, Pedro went on to complete his doctorate in Organic Chemistry from the City University of New York. He is an active member of the BPIA. He is a recipient of the Mina Reese Award. He has also published numerous articles on topics of agricultural science, animal science and ecological wellbeing. One of his major accomplishments to date has been the development of tomato zero residue, which controls certain residues and chemicals on crops.

Pedro is also founder of WAYNE AGRO, an Argentina company dedicated to the registration, commercialization, marketing and sales of bio products such as bio insecticides, bio fungicides, plant bio chemicals, bio fertilizers, bio stimulants and plant elicitors for a sustainable agriculture.

Wayne Agro represents international companies willing to enter the Argentina market and have market access.

Pedro resides in Argentina, and speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling and reading.
