Massimo Merlino is a distinguished graduate of the University of Genoa with a master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Genoa, class of 1965. Massimo has been working in the engineering field for over 50 years. As Massimo continued to grow in his career, curiosity led him to with the bank of CIS in San Marino as an operations analyst for the past decade.

Consulting in the financial sector, Massimo has been recognized by financial institutions globally for his outstanding work. Massimo wishes to empower like-minded individuals to become successful. He still finds the time to explore the sciences by writing articles in his spare time. Over the years, as Massimo has traveled to many places, his success was sure to follow. Massimo continues to make a difference by applying his expertise to the Bank of Cis in San Marino and has been sharing his expertise with many companies for the past twenty years.

Prior to his current role, Massino forged an international partnership from 1987 to 2006 with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, as European coordinator of Change Management Division.  Other work experience includes being a strategy consultant for Change Management e Logistica, Chairman of Nanto Protective Coating, and Co-coordinator of  Ingegneria Gestionale.

Just a few of his interests include travel, business development, professional development, professional interchange and studying abroad. He looks forward to advancing in his career and is eager to connect with alumni, as well as making new business connections.

In his spare time, he enjoys travel, writing articles and teaching. He resides in Milan, Italy.
