Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni Recognizes Fredrick L. Grant
Pastor Fredrick L. Grant is an accomplished ministerial professional, educator and author with 28 years of prior experience in business and trucking. Since October of 2013, he has been serving as Pastor of Kansas-Nebraska Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, covering four churches and 30,000 square miles that fall under his jurisdiction. He recently went before the Kansas-Nebraska conference's ordination committee and was recommended to be ordained.
His key responsibilities involve pastoral services, meetings, and tending to the four churches in their large geographic area. Pastor Fred's area of expertise is bible study and teaching. He regularly participates in conferences, public speaking, and breakout sessions.
Fred graduated with a Bachelor of Religion from Walla Walla University in 2013. He was actually born there, and also attended Walla Walla, so when he got ready to follow the calling, his educational path was clear. He is currently working on a Master's in Ministry at Andrews University.
The keys to his success are perseverance, never giving up, and not letting life get him down. Going forward, Pastor Fred would like to network and connect with alumni so people can know what he's doing now. In 2016, his book "Lifting Up Christ: Through the Written Word" was published by WestBow Press.
When he's not working, Fred likes to fish and enjoys the solitude of it. He has also established a personal ministry called Matthew Twenty-Five ministries, based out of Valentine Nebraska.
