Enrique Moran Martinez holds the position of Subdirector of Legal Consultation in the Strategic Services Unit at the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, an agency of the Mexican government dedicated to providing medical assistance, pensions, and social security benefits, among other services, to a large population in the country. Familiar with public health, pensions and social security matters, Enrique drafts regulations addressed to firms that must comply with their social security duties on a legal and regulatory basis, as well as internal regulations with regard to supervision and monitoring activities.

With a defined career by working for government and regulatory entities, Enrique has over 5 years of experience in finance, as well as expertise in legal, compliance and business matters. He is affiliated with the Mexican Bar Association.

After earning a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Panamericana, Enrique went on to complete a Specialty in Administrative Law from the same university. He then received his Master of Laws degree in Banking, Corporate, and Finance from Fordham University School of Law in the United States. Prior to joining IMSS, Enrique held the position as Subdirector of Regulatory Facilitation at the Mexican Ministry of Tourism.

Enrique resides in Tlalnepantla de Baz, estado de Mexico, and speaks fluent English and Spanish at a native speaker level. Outside of his professional endeavors, he keeps active by playing sports and is an avid reader.
