Elizabeth Gail McCurry is an IM Core Emergency Management Specialist for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the governmental agency dedicated to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from and mitigate all manner of disaster and hazard. With more than 9 years of experience at the agency, Gail is a trained Public Assistance team-member who specializes in active disasters, emergency management and public safety.
Prior to earning a bachelor’s degree, Summa cum Laude, in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Ashford University, Gail achieved her real estate broker’s license and worked in the housing and real estate field for several years. She is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, and attributes her success to constantly learning and being able to help those in need.
Passionate about public safety and well-being, Elizabeth is proud to help ensure local, state, tribal, territorial and qualified Private Non-Profits receive the FEMA reimbursement assistance they need in times of emergency and that the nation is prepared in the event of drastic or unforeseen disasters.
Gail resides in Lodi, California, where in her spare time she enjoys playing violin and making use of her vacation club.
