Debbie LeBeouf is a retired Program Manager for IBM and a seasoned information technology expert. With over 27 years of experience at IBM, she has been in her current role for about 6 years and oversees global program management operations.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Nicholls State University, Debbie quickly established herself as a rising talent of information technology. She specializes in IT service management and strategy, as well as disaster recovery, platform integration, enterprise architecture and outsourcing. Her track record or project delivery is exemplary, and she is dedicated to problem solving and optimum project delivery and efficiency. 

Debbie resides in Longmont, Colorado, where she has been the Director of Women's Ministries for VineLife Church for the past 18 years.
