Charmaine Reece is CFO of Carib Brewery, and holds over 13 years experience in accounting and finance. After receiving her Bachelor of Mathematics & Meteorology from the University of the West Indies in 1989, Charmaine continued on to receive her CPA. In 2003 she worked with Arawak Cement Company, a member of the TCL Group of companies. Charmaine managed the finances of the cement and lime manufacturing plant in Barbados. In November of 2011, Charmaine accepted her current role with Carib Brewery, managing all accounting, inventory, treasury management and is also the Company Secretary.

Charmaine's skills include but are not limited to financial analysis, accounting, forecasting, internal control, and budgets. She was prompted into her career due to her love for numbers. The keys that keep driving her toward success are her passion to motivate others, and providing help and support to others along with effective training, mentoring and coaching.

She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Meteorology from the University of the West Indies. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading and exercise. She resides in St. Kitts & Nevis.
