Anderson Antoine is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of the Southern Caribbean, and has been honored with a DSC and attained his PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2010. Having taught at the university level since 2004, Anderson is a dynamic lecturer and specializes in the social sciences, as well as aspects of counseling.

Also a writer, Anderson is an official contributor and blogger for the American Counseling Association and the American Psychological Association, where he holds memberships. He is also granted the honor of Phi Delta Cappa. He was recently honored as Teacher of the Year at the University of the Southern Caribbean, and is looking to publish full-length books and expand his private counseling and therapeutic services practice. He is the owner of the Anderson Antoine and Associates Professional Counselling Services.

Anderson has also taught at the University of the West Indies, School of Continuing Studies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago, where he was involved in the Guidance and Counseling Certificate program. He has delivered special training to members of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Services, the Trinidad and Tobago Regiment and other branches of the Ministry of National Security.

A resident of Trinidad and Tobago, outside of his professorial and clinical duties Anderson is a gifted poet, singer and horticulturist.
