Worldwide Association of Notable Alumni Recognizes Afi de Wolfe
Afi de Wolfe is an Office Management Specialist and Cybersecurity Online Learning Coordinator with Edgesource Corporation, a U.S. Department of State (USDOS) contractor and recent recipient of the USDOS Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year award. She has over five years of office management experience in information technology and cybersecurity sectors and ten years of diverse and global USDOS service positions. Afi provides office management support to a staff of 25 who are responsible for training thousands of domestic and international information systems security professionals each year.
Afi’s drive for excellence, efficiency, and results carries her well beyond the finish line. Her efforts were recognized and rewarded by USDOS and Edgesource management on several occasions, including the Meritorious Service Increase Cash Award, the Meritorious Honor Award, and the Outstanding Service Award. To complement her extensive and exceptional professional experience, Afi also completed the Georgetown University Cyber Security Strategy and Information Management Program in 2015.
A pillar of her community in Washington, DC, Afi donates her personal time to social causes as a volunteer and education advocate. She is a regular volunteer at the John F. Kennedy Center, feeding and clothing the community with Martha’s Table, and an as-needed volunteer for a variety of elementary, middle, and high schools in the US and around the globe.
Afi is fluent in English, French, and these languages of Togo: Akposso, Ewe, and Mina. She views the world as one people and lives to improve the quality of life for others.
