Abulkhair El-Arnous is a civil engineer. He has 27 years' experience in oil/gas services (upstream and downstream) in which, 21 years were with Schlumberger and Baker Hughes.

He did work in Kuwait, Syria, Saudi, UAE, Oman & Yemen. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Action, in Saudi Arabia. In his role, Aboulkhair oversees the company’s three business lines (Process and pipeline services, Dewatering services & Environmental services). During his career, he has gained a wide experience in cementing, stimulation, Coil Tubing, pipeline pre-commissioning, process/shutdown, dewatering & environmental services.  

With a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso, Abulkhair rose to the top of his class of 250 students, to be singled out of the class of 1986. He finds great reward in his chosen career path, and is a driven and passionate engineer with a knack for detail and natural leadership qualities.

Outside of his busy professional endeavors, Abulkhair enjoys traveling, reading and swimming.
