Rinita Singh is the Group Managing Director at Quantum Consumer Solutions, where she has worked for the past 23 years.  The company specializes in qualitative research, ethnography, consumer insights and design solutions. She is currently based in Singapore and is actively involved in the group's business development and growth strategy across the globe.

 Rinita joined Quantum to set up the Calcutta office in 1992 and traveled extensively across Asia working on seminal market research projects with Quantum’s blue chip clients.

Rinita relocated to Bombay in 1996 taking a 4-year sabbatical to parent her two boys. At this time she consulted with a brand design house and a consulting firm gaining strategy experience that was relevant in the world of branding and marketing.

 She returned to Quantum in 2000 and went on to head the Bombay operations, after which she was appointed Director of the company in 2001 and invited to join the Board of the newly formed group in 2002.

Rinita actively participated in the expansion of the company across Asia. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Group in 2005 and went on to become Chief Executive Officer a year later, finally taking over as Managing Director of the Quantum Group in 2007.

Rinita is instinctively and passionately a student of science and received a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Bombay University. She got her Masters degree in Organic Chemistry at Northwestern University, Illinois.

She is currently an Associate Fellow of the Asian Consumer Insight at the Nanyang Technologies Institute, Singapore and a graduate of the inaugural Women On Corporate Boards mentorship programme in India. Rinita is able to offer over 25 years of marketing and brand building expertise to her professional network.

Rinita lives in Singapore in a heritage black and white home with her adman husband and two young adult sons. Outside of work, Rinita is an avid football spectator and a member of the Arsenal Football Club. She has a passionate interest in wines, beers and cuisines of the world and often cooks for leisure. She loves travel, safari and wild life being particular favorites. Rinita is an avid reader and music consumer and can be often found at rock concerts in nooks and crannies of the world.
