Wade Beasley, Vice President and Director of Engineering for CYMI Industrial, has been with the company for almost three years. As Director of Engineering, Wade leads all engineering efforts for all engineering assignments, his expertise includes Business Development, Market Strategy, Presentations and Proposals. Working in the Petrochemical and Infrastructure industries, his company provides engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services for facilities along the Gulf Coast and in the mid-America region. Wade provides leadership and guidance to the engineers, hiring the employees and still doing some engineering himself. He is responsible for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Systems engineering for North American HQ. He reports to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer regarding performance metrics, sales, and business activities.

A drafting class he took in high school prompted Wade to pursue the profession. He fell in love with drafting and after graduating high school he pursued an Associates of Applied Science in Mechanical Design. Wade believes that the key to his success was due to the fact that he learned the fundamentals of engineering and was able to apply them to his career that made him stand out in his industry.  He wound up in a class through his church that was teaching family dynamics and learned and applied all the information to his career.

Today, a strong leader in the industry, he focuses on how to fix mistakes instead of just focusing on the mistakes themselves.  He believes in positive reinforcement and never uses negativity as a repercussion to a mistake that has been made.  In the future Wade would like to be the Director of a 60 man engineering group.  He would also like to have 5 generals and 50-55 people under them.  He would love to see the business to grow an additional 30 million dollars in revenue over the next 4 or 5 years. One highlight of his career was receiving his engineering license –  an accomplishment that took him 8 years to achieve.  He is also proud to utilize healthy family dynamics modeling as the management model. Residing in Dallas, Texas, Wade is a licensed in multiple states.
