Frank Penna is the Manager of Business Development at Kiewit, a Fortune 300 construction, mining and engineering company that has delivered innovative world class solutions to projects of every size across a wide range of markets. With over 20 years of experience, Frank is valued by clients and colleagues for his unprecedented expertise in process engineering, metallurgy, iron ore, procurement and strategic planning.

After earning his BSc in Metallurgy and Chemistry from Murdoch University, Frank was rapidly recognized as a master in his field. Prior to joining Kiewit, he served as Metallurgist at Golden Grove, Bounty Gold Mine, and Metplant Engineering, Plant Superintendant at Mount Gibson Gold Mine, Principal at Penna Investments Pty Ltd, Metallurgy Manager at Metplant Engineering, a Consultant for Nickel West, General Manager of Process Engineering and Business Development at tenova, and Business Development Manager at Jacobs. He is a member of Mining and Metals Professionals Globally, Mining Industry Professionals, and the Business Development Manager Club.

Frank currently resides in Andross, Western Australia and is fluent in English and Italian.
