Troy S. Willis is the Vice President of Sales for Sysco, the North American marketing giant and distributor of foodservice products. With over 25 years of service to Sysco, Troy began in 1991 as an Assistant Janitor, and has risen through the ranks in an inspiring story and realization of the American dream. Today, he is responsible for overseeing and growing sales and manages the staffing of a sales team of 250 associates.

 Prior to joining Sysco, Troy studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Abilene University, where he also played football. He found these two years to be crucial and formative years, due to the positive learning environment, outstanding roles models and mentors he encountered.

 Troy credits his success to self-motivation, determination and perseverance. He and his wife live in Baytown, Texas, where they are active with the First Baptist Church. Troy enjoys inspiring emerging professionals who are starting out at the bottom, and involved with the Sales Summit Association.
