Mr. Thomas West is the Chief Executive Officer of Kyland-USA, a global company specializing in the manufacture of industrial control networking.  Mr. West is also the President of DYMEC, Inc., and has also been issued two patents related to network traffic security components – with one more pending.  Under his prior leadership roles as Vice President for Sales and President of Engineering, Kyland also began emphasizing public safety networks among its portfolio of clientele.

Previously, Mr. West served Garrettcom as their Mid-West Regional Sales Manager and at Cisco Systems as a System Engineer.  Mr. West has also worked for Saudi ARAMCO, where he earned his Doctorate in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Anthropology from the State University of New York at Albany.  Over the course of his career, Mr. West has often been publicly recognized for his expertise and service, receiving Cisco Systems Engineer of the Year and the Saudi Arabian Engineering Excellence Award. Thomas West also served in the United States Air Force, and is a former member of the Intelligence Community.

Mr. West enjoys international travel for pleasure when not doing so on business.
