Stuart Macdougall is the Vice President of BMO Nesbitt Burns, an investment advisory and wealth management firm serving the needs of Canadian families, individuals, businesses and institutions. Stuart provides his clients with ethical financial investment advisory services that secure their futures for the rest of their lives. Inspired by seeing members of his family and close colleagues make a tremendous difference in their clients’ lives, Stuart entered the wealth management profession driven by a sense of duty to help others and empower them to achieve a secure future.

After earning a BA in English from Carleton University, Stuart launched his financial career as a Financial Planner for Investors Group in Edmonton. He then became an Investment Advisor for RBC Dominion Securities, where he served for over 15 years. Gradually building his client base, Stuart has been known throughout his 35+ years of experience for treating each client with respect, honesty and excellence. He never loses sight that his clients are “not just a portfolio, but a person who has worked very hard to earn their money.”

Stuart resides in Vancouver, Canada, and is certified in Canadian Securities and as a Partner and Director. He hopes to connect with other likeminded professionals, to share knowledge and expertise.
