Scott Cavaness has been in the role of Project Director at Staffelbach since 2008. A 50-year-old company, Staffelbach passionately creates contemporary spaces and defines the landscape of corporate workspaces and interior environments across the country. The firm’s vision is to set standards of excellence for the world of business and contribute in a meaningful way. As Project Director, Mr. Cavaness’ management responsibilities span from overseeing project teams to being accountable for a full range of business phases including marketing, proposals, and programming thru construction administration. Mr. Cavaness manages and oversees corporate, municipal and institutional clients throughout the United States. This also includes specifications and technical quality control aspects of project management. He is a highly-motivated leader and is driven by providing the highest level of service to his clients, technical quality control, accuracy and clear communication skills while leading his team and clients to receive the best of the best.  His role and responsibilities are from beginning to end always taking care of his clients.

A Texas Registered Architect, Mr. Cavaness has worked with nationally recognized Architectural and Interior Design firms since 1980.  He has over 35 years of commercial architectural design experience with numerous corporate, municipal, and institutional clients.  He holds a Bachelors of Architecture, graduating with Honors from the University of Texas and is a Member of the University of Texas Alumni Association and a certified NCARB member. 

When he isn’t at the helm of his team at Staffelbach, he enjoys a round of golf and travel.  He resides in Ovilla, Texas outside of Dallas and was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.
