Rafael Schatz is the President of ServiceMax LLC, a company that re-defines how commercial janitorial services are provided, placing an emphasis on professionalism and customer service, all in an environmentally friendly manner. Now, under the leadership of Rafael, ServiceMax is ready to evolve into the next generation one-stop-shop commercial janitorial and porter service. ServiceMax was recently recognized for its significant efforts to go green within their organization and to reduce the company's carbon footprint.

Under his leadership, the ServiceMax family grown to over 170 employees, making it southern Nevada’s premier green commercial cleaning and porter company in just a few short months. The ServiceMax team recently won the 2015 Family Owned Business Award, and were recognized as the best family owned business in southern Nevada.

Rafael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada. He resides in the energetic city of Las Vegas, Nevada.
