Paul Troy is the Senior Vice President of MasTec Network Solutions, a firm offering innovative business solutions and telecommunications systems and networking. Having been with MasTec for over 5 years, Paul oversees Vendor Management, Logistics, Contracts, Safety, PMO, Site Acquisition, Corporate Programs, D.O.T & Fleet and Systems & Reporting. He also ensures the firm develops under excellent business process strategy and manages the inventory, fleet and recovery company wide.

After serving in the Unites States Military for over 7 years, including the Marine Corps for 3 years and 4 years of service in the Air Force, Paul knew he wanted to work in telecommunications. Passionate about the quickly growing and cutting edge industry, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and Organizational Leadership from Duquense University in 2004. Prior to joining MasTec, Paul also worked for General Fiber Communications and Goodman Networks Inc. He is proud of his contribution to the growth of MasTec—which has seen expansion from 100 million dollars in revenue to over one billion. He looks forward to continuing to grow, learn and gain more responsibility within the business. 

Paul believes in the importance of family support and devotion, and actively sets goals for strengthening himself through his family. One key to success for Paul is the desire to learn and considers himself a “life-long learner” both personally and professionally. He is affiliated with organizations including the Carolina Wireless Association, Wounded Worriers Project, Habitat for Humanity, United Way and Got Your 6. Paul resides in Cary, North Carolina, from where he enjoys traveling whenever his busy schedule allows.
