Michelle Joseph is Principal at C3: Change Consulting & Coaching. She is a leader in organizational development working with clients at every level to position firms toward long-term growth. Through an informed and collaborative approach founded upon over 20 years of industry experience, Michelle guides executive clients through change initiatives that conform to overall brand mission and goals. She works with executives to define and build the capability for delivering tomorrow's goals.

C3 is Michelle’s pride and joy—a company that serves as a vehicle to offer scoping and delivery of change design and management, organizational design, process redesign, project planning and implementation, learning event design and delivery, workshop and key meeting facilitation.

Executives often find themselves challenged with "building the bridge while crossing it". They find it difficult to scope, drive and deliver a transformation program and accompanying change initiatives required for positive change in the same time frame as leading and managing their organization. Michelle received her Graduate Diploma in Innovation & Service Management from RMIT University and her BA in Behavioral Sciences is from La Trobe University. She resides in Baumaris Victoria, Australia.
