Kellie Jepsen is the Principal for Belvedere British School, Abu Dhabi. At the helm of the school, she handles all operations and oversees administrative decisions required for running the school. Kellie was inspired to go into the education field by role models that have surrounded her throughout her life. The school has been open for four years and has 800 students and 125 staff. She is a natural leader, and leads the school with respect, ease, and integrity.

She received her Diploma of Teaching from Dunedin College of Education and  Bachelor of Education from the University of Otago. Kellie is proud of being able to take the school from a new school to a successful performing school. In the future she looks to hold the role of Principalship for several schools. The school is a member of the British Schools of the Middle East and British Schools Overseas. She resides in Mussafah Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
