Jessica Pharris is the Interim Program Manager at Saint John's Health Center, a hospital and health clinic serving the Santa Monica, California, community since 1942, and works for RightSourcing, Inc. Jessica brings strong operational management, best practices, and performance and process improvement skills to every role she takes on. She also excels in team development, client service, and is a skilled trainer.

Currently a resident of Southern California, Jessica hopes to return to the Boise, Idaho area in the near future to continue her career trajectory and make a difference in her home community. Prior to joining RightSourcing, Jessica worked for Medical Scribe Systems from 2010-2015, a tenure which culminated in serving as the Director of Implementations. There, she orchestrated the management and accountability of all implementations across the country while overseeing a team of 16 direct reports.

Jessica holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Boise State University and is a member of ASBSU Hall of Fame and Founders Leadership Society.
