This network consists of over 300 affiliated offices specializing in recruiting sales and marketing professionals. For each candidate submitted to a client, typically over 100 candidates have been screened inside the U S Recruiters Network. Searches are limited to durable and consumable product categories inside the Consumer Package Goods industry. These searches are focused on traditional classical marketing, trade marketing, category management, sales management and national account management.

Michael's inspiration for starting his business comes from his desire to make a difference. One of the milestones in his career was serving on the vendor advisory board for Wal-Mart, the largest retailer in the United States. He also served on the team that helped to turn the Hostess brand into a profitable company. Mike Zerr’s formal education was completed with an MBA during the 1970s. However, his real education in the consumer packaged goods industry was from over 20 years of field sales management and field marketing management experience through out North America. As a Division Sales Manager, Mike obtained hands on experience with the customers and brokers though out half of North America. As a trade/field Marketing Manager, his experience included responsibility for over half of North America. Finally, Mike’s national account experience included membership on the Wal-Mart, Inc. vendor advisory board and provides thorough knowledge of consumer products in diversified channels of distribution.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys flying his Beechcraft Bonanza plane. He resides in Plano, Texas.
