Ingrid Maria Jesus Rodriguez Gonzalez is the Vice Chancellor of International Relations and Legal Counselor for the Universidad Tecnilógica de Santiago (UTESA). Specializing in corporate law, international affairs, and legal research. UTESA was founded by her father, and Ingrid pursued a career in law to fulfill her vision for justice, public service and her desire to give back to society. She attributes her successful career to sacrificing time to good causes and having very strong family support. Ingrid's goals include growing the university internationally and to teach. The University, which is the largest in Santiago, was the first in Santiago to provide night and weekend classes. Ingrid takes pride in implementing technology to attract international students.

Ingrid enjoys volunteering with the church in the community and working with Colegio Dominicano De La Salle, helping to provide educational resources in the community. She holds a Masters in Legal Advisory for Enterprises from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the Boston University School of Law, Summer Legal Institute. She resides in Doral, Florida.
