Fred M. Isbell is the Senior Director, for SAP Service and Support Marketing at SAP, a multinational software solutions company that offers comprehensive support and products for virtually every industry. With over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in marketing, Fred is a seasoned thought leader and is responsible for the firm’s digital media and online presence, including social media. He also manages the planning and logistics for upcoming events and milestones at the company, and serves as an ambassador to students, recruiting and teaching up and coming professionals about the most recent technological advances and marketing.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science at Yale, Fred went on to complete a Master of Business Administration at Duke as a Fuqua Scholar in the top 10% of his class. He takes particular pride in the times when his role as ambassador and recruiter bring him back to his alma maters, and received the Duke Fuqua Exemplary Alumni Leadership Award of 2015.

Prior to joining SAP, Fred worked for solutions and services marketer Compaq Computer/Digital Equipment Corporation for 12 years. He credits his longevity and success in the fast changing and competitive marketing and technology industry to a top education, strong work ethic, and passion to embrace new technology as it evolves. He is a member of the IT Services and Marketing Association, and has twice been an SAP Club Award Winner.

Fred resides in Westford, Massachusetts, and is excited to explore the importance of networking in the global community.
