Ami Mezezi is the Founder & Business Development Head at EvolveGene, a diagnostic genetic testing and technology company focused on advancing the field of human reproductive medicine and revolutionizing the fertility industry. Bringing a new perspective to fertility through accurate and advanced screening, EvolveGene offers genetic screening including the FamilyReady™ Carrier Screen, EarlyPregnancy™ NIPT Screen, Premature Ovarian Failure Screen, and male and female genetic fertility screens.

With over 25 years of combined experience in genetics and biotechnology, Ami and his team of embryologists, geneticists and fertility experts aim to bring a new perspective to fertility care through accurate and advanced genetic screening for use in Pre-IVF, preconception, and prenatal settings. EvolveGene is also currently undertaking an IRB approved clinical research projects led by their scientific team aimed at developing novel solutions for non-invasive genetic screening in the field of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Guelph., Ami went on to receive a master’s degree in Biomedical Research from Eastern Virginia Medical School and a master’s degree in Physiology from Georgetown University. Prior to founding EvolveGene, he worked in Research and Development for LifeGlobal Group LLC, Today, EvolveGene has grown to be comprised of offices in the United States, Canada, Belgium and Hong Kong, and has 90 distributors worldwide.

Ami resides in Dallas, Texas, and speaks fluent English and Albanian. In his spare time, Ami enjoys travel, reading, basketball and other sports.
