Elizabeth Hector is the Interactive Experience (iX) Leader for IBM's European Industrial business. As Executive Partner for European Leader Interactive, her current role is to help clients improve their understanding, insights and engagement with customers, employees, suppliers and their marketplace.

In the digital economy, Elizabeth understands that transparency and connectedness are keys to translating interest into revenue, and silos into collaboration. The diversity of Elizabeth’s expertise provides her the ability to leverage the best ideas from around the globe, to help clients translate better digital content into business value.

Elizabeth specializes in working for international clients who seek to transform their business through strategy setting, business process changes, technology implementations, and service centers. Through coaching and fostering internal diversity, she works to bring innovation to the workplace by valuing differences and ensuring everyone’s voice is included in the discussion.

Elizabeth is a member of the Project Management Institute, International Management Accountants and the Internet Market Association. Her industry experience includes industrial business, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, biotech, high technology, banking, and telecom. She lives in the Netherlands.
