Biography

Francisco Alvarez De Sota was born in Panama City in 1968 the son of Jose Luis and Maria del Carmen Alvarez De Sot. He has two brothers Jose Luis and Carlos Alvarez De Soto. After living between 1978 and 1989 in Spain where he completed his Elementary and High School diplomas, and in the UK and Switzerland to study both English and French. Alvarez De Soto moved to the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon moving, Alvarez completed his graduate and post graduate university studies obtaining first a Bachelors of Arts in Political Economy and Political Analysis at Tulane University in New Orleans in 1991. It wasn't long before, Alvarez then completed his Juris Doctor Degree in 1994 with a specialization in international legal Studies at Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans. In addition, Alvarez has completed several Executive Programs such as Public Strategic Negotiations at Harvard University, JFK School of Government.
