Biography
Kathleen Doerner is an accomplished Nurse Manager with decades of experience in oncology nursing. She is a dedicated professional whose educational background began with her Nursing degree from Niagara University. She oversees all clinical operations at the Lipson Cancer Institute in Rochester, New York. Kathleen is a member of several organizations such as the Oncology Nursing Society and the nursing sorority Sigma Theta Tau. She has been the recipient of numerous awards throughout her career including the prestigious Healthcare Achievement Award from the Rochester Business Journal in 2014 and the Champions of Hope Award from the Lipson Cancer Institute in 2016. In her free time, Kathleen is President of the Board of Directors at Isaiah House, a hospice house, located in Rochester, New York.
