Biography

Guaroa Noboa Pagán graduated with a degree in Architecture in 1987 from The Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. He went on to open Noboa Pagán Arquitectos Asociados in 1995. The architecture firm constructs and designs educational facilities, institutional projects, hospitals and residences. The organization is local with the intent on becoming regional. Guaroa is an International Member of American Institute of Architects. He is also the first prize recipient of the Design Category IX Bienal de Santo Domingo, Oncology Hospital Dr. Heriberto Pieter 2009. He has been published in the local and regional magazines Arquitexto and AAA. Guaroa has wanted to be an architect since he was a child. In the next 3-5 years, he will have completed his real estate promotion and development of 2 villas in Punta Cana, Dominica Republic. Guaroa considers the key to his success to hardwork and being blessed with the opportunity to work with impressive clients in both the public and private sector and allowing his projects to speak for themselves. Guaroa Noboa Pagan's greatest professional accomplishment or achievement would be his work on The Oncology Hospital. The two year project was awarded first prize by Bienal de Santo Domingo. In his spare time, Guaroa enjoys traveling, sports and the beach. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
