John Young is the President and founder of MyMentorAdvisor.com. John founded MyMentorAdvisor.com because he was tired of hearing the concern that millennials are not ready to take over the work force considering 10,000 Baby Boomers are retiring everyday. John started his online mentoring business for experienced Baby Boomers to mentor and guide millennials that are looking for help and guidance in career selection, early career advancement, and other life choices. In the next couple of years John's goal is to inspire a movement of "People Helping People!" People from different backgrounds with life learned experience and wisdom and "Know How" reaching out to help younger less experienced people excel.
