Edson A. Hato holds 2 Masters degrees, graduating from Hofstra University in 1986 with an MBA. Edson also holds a Masters Degree in Economics and Human Resource Management. Professionally speaking Edson is currently Vice President Human Resources, Talent Acquisition with AstraZeneca Plc. AstraZeneca Plc is a BioPharmaceutical Company. where his main role is to attract talent i.e graduation, blue collar workers, scientists, all executive board, manage all providers, responsible for full value chain, recruit planning. Edson has 15 years of HR experience in total, has held roles in professional consultants, HR branding and marketing roles. Edson personal specialty is recruitment management . Edson was prompted to get in this profession as a natural progression and he developed passion for the industry early on. Edson holds public speaking engagements conferences on all HR related topics, conferences at least 2x a year. At this stage in Edson's career he is seeking to network with other like minded professionals , share expertise and experiences with other like minded Professionals, establish a personal brand, gain more exposure and be recognized for all the work he has done thus far. In the next few years Edson would like to see himself in a CHO position to a small to medium size company. Edson bases his success thus far on pure determination, flexibility, and adapting to many different cultures. Edson is most proud of programs he has worked on and implemented. Mr. Hato is fluent in Dutch, Spanish, English and French.
