Biography
Edwina Davis is a Program Coordinator for the District of Columbia Department of Health. She has worked for the last 14 years as a public health official in the District of Columbia overseeing millions of Federal Dollars in the implementation of programs to improve health outcomes for the residence of the District. Edwina has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at American University. She received a Certificate of Completion from Georgetown University in Early Childhood Intervention. Edwina’s passion is to create an evidence-based model for Moms, Babies and Toddlers Healthy Touch. Her goal is to have the model incorporated into early intervention programs. Edwina is also a license massage therapist. She received her MSc from American University, 1999. When not working she enjoys salsa dancing and hydro-spinning.
