Alan Evans is a highly motivated HR professional with over thirty years experience in Human Resources Management with international IT businesses. Having lived and worked across Europe and the USA his expertise in Merger & Acquisitions, business transformation and executive development & coaching is enriched by his diverse perspective. Currently, Alan is managing partner at Century 21 Human Resources, founded in 2007. There he specializes in executive coaching and placement within the UK. The consultancy also specializes in business and HR restructuring & transformation, M&A's, outsourcing, executive outplacement and teaching English as a second language. Alan's focus is on the development of executives and supporting them during career transitions and growth, as well as on creating operational and strategic HR programs that help companies grow. His wide knowledge from working in the field internationally, as well as his extensive education and executive training have led him to great success, and in turn the success of the executives and companies he provides services for. His ability to provide solutions to complex HR issues in a global environment has proven to be an asset to the career development of his clients. Alan also volunteers his time as a mentor with CIPD and is a volunteer with the Air Ambulance Service.
