He is a Senior Executive with over 25 years of diverse Global Energy experience, with a strong commercial background in Engineering and Operations; Gas and Electric Transmission & Distribution; Upstream Power Generation and Gas Exploration and Production; Midstream Energy and Trading; and Downstream Gas and Electric Markets in both Regulated and Unregulated jurisdictions. Lou has deep experience in $15b+ of Mergers, Acquisitions, and New Business Development North America, South America, and Central Europe. He focuses on helping organization's top leadership teams create their best people environment. Lou also supports a number of 501 (c)(3) organizations including Thrive Church located in Katy, Texas.
