Biography

Kelley Messenger has been a part of Shaw Industries for the past 3 years, she is part of a 4 person team and she personally handles the west coast overall growth opportunities within the government segment for federal, state, and local government end users. Her day to day responsibilities include being responsible for helping the sales team and for team results including standards, budgets, and schedules, while mentoring and coaching internal account executives to reach sales goals. Kelley looks forward for everyday being faced with new and exciting challenges. She was prompted to get involved in this profession because she was always drawn to take part in dealing with businesses and dealing with different kinds of people. Kelley Messenger states that the key to her current success is her ability to stay determined and keep focused on her goals. In the next 4 to 5 years she looks forward to opening her very own consulting firm because this is her main interest and passion as well as networking with like-minded professionals like herself. One of her main achievements in her career so far was being able to become a V.P. at the age of 27 and also being able to marry her passion with her career goals.
