Biography
Professor Mpoko Bokanga has been committed to the development of Food Science and Agra Business for over 25 years. Professor Bokanga's focus is on Scientific Variation within organizations to ensure that the correct technologies are being used to produce the best results. Mpoko just retired from UNIDO, with his last posting as UNIDO Representative to Kenya, Eritrea and South Sudan. Previously, he headed UNIDO's Agribusiness Development Unit. Mpoko was the first CEO of the African Agricultural Technology Foundation (AATF). He is now the CEO of a consulting firm that he started and is involved in advising the development of agro-industrial parks in DR Congo, Nigeria and maybe soon in Kenya.
